M32 was founded in 2020, in the heart of the COVID-19 pandemic, by a young restaurateur looking for a creative solution that fits the spirit of the times. His vision was sharp and clear: to create a high-quality, indulgent burger unlike anything else out there.
He stepped into the kitchen and began a relentless journey of experimentation — from the meat to the sauces, to the bun — until he cracked the formula for the perfect bite
It all started in a ghost kitchen on Mashkit Street 32 in Herzliya, where delivery orders went out to the Sharon area. The burgers quickly gained a loyal following — and just like that, the name M32 was born, inspired by the place where it all began.
From there, the expansion felt natural. In just four years, we’ve opened six fully owned locations — and we’re just getting started. The M32 DNA is built on fresh, high-quality, insanely tasty food, and a true sense of family — for every team member and every guest who walks through our doors
Our secret lies in the ingredients. Every component is carefully selected and treated with respect to ensure the highest quality. Every day, we grind a unique meat blend in-house, made from five premium aged beef cuts with a high fat content (30–35%) to create a juicy, flavorful burger.
We pickle our cucumbers in-house to get the perfect saltiness, craft our sauces from scratch using original recipes, and use fresh, juicy Israeli tomatoes. We also use crisp hydroponic-grown lettuce and pickled red onions with thyme and garlic — all wrapped in a soft, dreamy bun
And what’s a burger without fries? Our fries are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. And for chicken lovers, we serve crispy, juicy chicken, cooked the American way
